Job Title: Accountant

Job Responsibilities: Examine financial statements to ensure that they are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. Manage cash flow by forecasting and analyzing financial data. Perform all accounting function such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, monthly statement preparation, and reconciliation. Prepare detailed reports on audit filings. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to records transactions. Examine and evaluate financial and information systems, recommending control to ensure system reliability and date integrity. Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedure standards.

Salary: $51,501.00/year

Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; 40 Hrs/week (M-F)

Job Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Foreign equivalent plus two years of relevant experience in accounting using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks.

Job Title: Systems Analyst

Job Responsibilities: Encore Consulting Services, an IL-based Information Technology Solutions company, has multiple openings for Systems Analyst (for locations nationwide). Designing the Content Management System for Various system which involved layout, UI pages, CSS and service catalog work. Implement and manage IP network devices including routers, switches, & working with firewalls, and VoIP teams. Maintains operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers. Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITIL modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB in Service-Now. Develop roadmap and blueprints to enable client transition to Service based organization with clear, realistic, and pragmatic goals that are aligned with strategic direction.Req.: U.S. Master’s dgr in C.Sci, IT or rltd +1 yrs. exp. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: At least 12 months of experience in VMware, SOAP, Rest Protocols, Service Now, Linux, vSphere, ESXi hosts, UI pages, CSS and Service Catalog Work.
